No cancellations will be considered after placing the order. No refund will be issued.
This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
No cancellations will be considered after placing the order as the sold goods/item is a digital product.
PilotPro Aviation does not accept cancellation requests. Initially, a trial version is offered for 5 days to experience the tool and learning.
In case of technical issue and access issues, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. The customer service team will look into your complaint/Issue will provide an appropriate solution and issues will be resolved.
